Deliveries Within the UK
Delivery costs to the UK, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland are calculated according to the delivery address postcode. Delivery for all orders of £100 or more will be free. The delivery cost will be automatically added to your basket and will show separately on checkout.
Deliveries Outside of the UK
Due to customs, legislation or regulatory and certain practical restrictions to orders placed for non-UK deliveries, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside of the UK. We reserve the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to destinations outside of the UK. For any delivery required outside the UK a costing can be obtained by emailing your requirement to firstname.lastname@example.org. Delivery costs to outside the UK are calculated according to both weight and volume of product.
Thank you for buying your lighting from LEDtoLighting. We hope you will be delighted with the products which you have purchased from us. However, if you are unhappy with the products for any reason, you can return them within 7 days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the returns procedure set out below.
(a) Before returning any goods to us, you must email our customer service department at email@example.com to obtain a returns authorisation reference number.
(b) All goods must be returned in their original condition in all of their original packaging within 7 days of receipt of the goods
(c) The returns authorisation reference number must be clearly marked on the outside of the goods return packaging. If no number is present then we will not accept the return of the goods.
(d) You are responsible for all costs relating to the return of the goods.
(e) Goods must be returned by either courier or registered post.
(f) All refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt and examination of the goods.
Damaged or Missing Goods
LEDtoLighting must be advised of any missing items or damage to the product within 7 days of receipt. Full details, and in the event of damage, a digital photograph must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within this period. LEDtoLighting cannot accept any responsibility for damaged or missing items after this period. We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged goods at our discretion. Damaged goods will be replaced at our cost; although we will request a digital photograph and possibly require the damaged goods to be returned to us for inspection. Should LEDtoLighting feel that the product can be returned to “as new” condition by the supply of a replacement part rather than the supply of a complete luminaire (eg replacement glass cover) then we reserve the right to do so. LEDtoLighting will not be liable for any consequential loss and in particular claims and expenses with regard to installation fees, loss of earnings or similar claims in relation to any failed, damaged or missing items.
All products, including lamps, carry a 1 year warranty. The one year warranty will commence on the date of delivery. However the warranty does not cover:
• Accidental Damage
• Damage caused by incorrect installation (see Terms & Conditions for installation details)
• Failure to maintain the product correctly
• Damage or failure caused by incorrect use/storage/operation
• Unauthorised modification/reconstruction
To validate any warranty claim, we will require the original invoice details and we may require that the goods are returned to us for inspection. Depending on the nature of the claim, you may also be asked for evidence that the fittings were installed by a suitably qualified electrician. To instigate any warranty claim, please email email@example.com with the original invoice number, date of invoice and details of the claim. Subject to validation of the warranty claim, any goods failing within the warranty period will either be repaired or replaced, such choice being at the sole discretion of LEDtoLighting.
